1. Acceptance

By using Binder Filler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Binder Filler sells digital, downloadable artwork designed to fill a printable 9-pocket binder page around a Pokémon card. Files are for personal, non-commercial use — you print them yourself and place your own physical card in the centre pocket.

3. Intellectual property

Pokémon and Pokémon card artwork are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and/or their licensors. Binder Filler is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. Our binder art is original artwork sold for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or commercially exploit any file you download.

4. Accounts and credits

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Download credits are purchased in advance, are non-transferable, are linked to your account, and do not expire. One credit lets you download one binder art file. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Downloads and re-downloads

After purchasing, you may download your file immediately and re-download previously purchased files from your account, subject to reasonable rate limits. Files are delivered digitally; nothing is physically shipped.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell or redistribute downloaded files, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, share account access, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a download fails due to an error on our end and no file is delivered, the credit used will be restored.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service and all files are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.

9. Usage terms

Every purchase is licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or modify the files for resale, and you may not use them commercially without our written permission. All artwork and designs created by Binder Filler remain protected under copyright law.

10. Refunds & returns

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the preview and listing details before buying. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

11. Disclaimer

Any trading cards shown in our preview images are there for demonstration only and are not included with your purchase. Card images, trademarks, logos, characters, and brand references remain the property of their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate how the artwork looks within a collection.

This product does not include official trading cards, scanned card assets, official artwork, logos, or any licensed products. Only the original surrounding binder art created by Binder Filler is included. You are responsible for printing, cutting, and assembling your own binder layout.

AI-assisted creative tools may be used as part of our artistic process. All artwork is curated, edited, arranged, and finalised by Binder Filler.
